Quality you can read off the docket
ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management, mixes designed and tested to IS codes, and an in-house laboratory that checks raw materials and every delivery.
Every delivery is sampled
Cubes are cured and crushed at 7 and 28 days and the result is read against the specified grade.
A demonstration of how a 28-day cube result is read against the specified strength under IS 456. Results shown are illustrative; project records are issued per pour.
IS 456 individual-sample criterion shown. Mean-of-four and standard-deviation checks also apply to a lot.
Automated batching, manual vigilance
Computerised batching
Every ingredient weighed on load cells against the approved mix design, with batch records kept.
Raw material testing
Aggregate grading and moisture, cement and water checked in-house before use.
Fresh concrete tests
Slump and temperature at the plant and at site, before the pour starts.
Cube testing
Cubes cast per sampling plan, cured and crushed at 7 and 28 days; results reported to the client.
Delivery documentation
Each load leaves with a docket: grade, quantity, batch time and the truck.

Measured with the standard cone at the plant and again at site
Bands follow IS 456.
Low 25–75 mm
Mass concrete, lightly reinforced sections, pavements
Medium 50–100 mm
Normally reinforced slabs, beams, walls, columns
High 100–150 mm
Pumped concrete, congested reinforcement
Flowing Flow test
Self-compacting concrete, placed without vibration
