What we collect
When you send an enquiry, request a quote or submit a job application, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, city, the message or quote request, and, for applications, your CV and work history. We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and schedule deliveries.
- To consider your job application and contact you about current or future openings.
- To keep records required by law, including tax and company records.
We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the SYNAX sales, dispatch, laboratory and HR teams who handle your request, and by the Ellora Group companies that support them. Where a form service or email provider processes the message on our behalf, it does so under our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and quotation records are kept for as long as needed to serve the project and for the statutory retention period thereafter. Job applications are kept for twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
